We guarantee that your puppy is a Pure Bred Miniature/ Toy Australian Shepherd. ASDR Registered
Required is a health exam, from your veterinarian as soon as possible/ with-in 5 days of transfer. This will assure you that you bought a healthy puppy. The Health Guarantee is void without a veterinarian check on your end.
If a licensed veterinarian documents your puppy does not pass the physical or has any serious health problems, Breeder must be contacted before any treatment is started/ any treatment started without this contact, this contract will be void. If the breeder and the vet can agree that simple medication will solve condition, this will be implicated, if simple medication cannot solve condition/ we will replace with like puppy at first available litter/ no money is refunded and no vet bills paid. If an unfortunate thing happens where puppy does not survive before leaving breeder, after deposit has been made, we will replace puppy with next available puppy, no money is refunded.
We guarantee for one year against hereditary or congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppy’s ability to lead a normal life. Conditions are listed and limited to HEART, KIDNEY, SEVERE EYE ABNORMALITIES (that compromise the quality of life in your dog--nothing cosmetic is considered), LIVER AND HIP DYSPLASIA ONLY. No other condition is covered in this contract.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. We will replace the puppy under the same conditions as stated above, providing a notarized veterinarian statement is submitted
*Puppy worms or parasites are not covered in this contract, as it is common in puppies.
*Test stool sample- if puppy does not want to eat or drink or is vomiting or it has diarrhea.
Breeder has first rights to the puppy if for some reason you cannot keep it (no money refunded). I will re-home puppy to a new loving family.
This puppy is sold with ASDR registration papers. Breeding/showing rights will be given with breeder approval at an additional charge.
If spay/neuter is chosen by owner, it should be done before 8 months of age. Although the puppy may be capable of performing other functions, no warranty is given for its fitness for a particular use.
Never give your Aussie puppy Ivermectin products. Ivermectin is commonly used as a heartworm preventative and for the treatment of certain types of external and internal parasites in dogs
Although we do our best to estimate the weight and height of the puppy at maturity, we cannot guarantee the actual size at maturity. The Mini’s are bred down from standard sized Australian Shepherds and there can always be a recessive gene that comes out.
All of our puppies and adults are on a very strict medical program including vaccinations, preventative shots, scheduled de-worming, parasite control, vitamins, and a high quality dog food. We recommend NuVet Plus for supplements.
Please do not allow your dog to high jump, until after 1 year. No one can guarantee any puppy from having hip problems; the puppy needs his bones to finish growing.

This contract is valid with the sale of the puppy if signed or not.
Buyer and Seller agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and if either party is forced to take legal action to enforce any part of this contract, action shall be initiated in the county of the Seller's residence only. This also extends to internet sales across state lines. Any legal fees and court costs shall be the responsibility of the party found to be in default. The undersigned agree to uphold all covenants of this Agreement.
